IMPORTANT NOTICE

These Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ProStayz website, mobile application, web interfaces, booking engines, listings, destination-discovery features, customer-support channels and any related digital services operated under the ProStayz brand by GRS INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “ProStayz”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

ProStayz is intended to facilitate discovery, comparison, enquiries, reservations and, where enabled, payments for accommodation and travel-related products or services offered by independent accommodation providers, hosts, hotels, travel suppliers, transport operators, experience/activity providers and other third-party suppliers (“Service Providers”).

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

1.1 “Applicable Law” means (a) the laws of India, including applicable central, state and local legislation, rules, regulations, notifications, binding directions and orders, as amended from time to time; and (b) the mandatory laws of Singapore, Indonesia or Thailand, as applicable.

1.2 “Accommodation” means a hotel, resort, guest house, homestay, bed-and-breakfast, villa, apartment, serviced apartment, holiday rental, hostel, campsite or other lodging option displayed on the Platform.

1.3 “Booking” means a reservation or purchase request submitted through the Platform and accepted or confirmed in accordance with the applicable booking flow and supplier conditions.

1.4 “Customer” or “User” means an individual accessing or using the Platform, including a person searching, booking, travelling, staying, reviewing or contacting support.

2. ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACTUAL FRAMEWORK

By browsing the Platform, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, placing or accepting a Booking, making a payment, publishing a Listing or otherwise using a feature, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Policies applicable to that feature.

9. PRICES, FEES, CURRENCY AND TAXES

9.5 Customer-facing price uplift: Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, the Service Provider independently sets and supplies its quoted base price. ProStayz adds a markup of 12% to the Service Provider’s quoted base price for the Customer as a ProStayz customer-facing charge.

28. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and the contractual relationship between the User and the Company shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy, tax, electronic commerce, or other statutory protections applicable in your jurisdiction.

1. PURPOSE, SCOPE AND WHO WE ARE

This Privacy Policy explains how GRS INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “ProStayz”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, receives, generates, uses, stores, discloses, transfers, protects and otherwise processes personal data through the ProStayz website, mobile application, booking interfaces, destination-discovery features, listings, customer-support channels and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

India is the Company’s principal place of business and the centre of its management and operational control. The initial target markets are India, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.

3. PERSONAL DATA WE MAY COLLECT

3.1 Information you provide: Identity and contact data (name, email address, telephone number, postal address, date of birth); Account data; Booking and travel data; Payment and transaction data; Communications and content.

3.2 Information collected automatically: Technical and usage data, platform activity, location data (where permitted), cookies and similar technologies.

4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING

We process personal data for account creation and management, search, enquiry and booking, supplier coordination, payments and accounting, customer support, safety and security, platform improvement, and legal compliance.

5. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA

We disclose data reasonably needed for bookings to relevant accommodation providers, hosts, hotels, payment gateways, technology vendors, and professional advisers or government authorities where legally required.
